Mike’s Imported English Goods – Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery

Our main store is located in Ormoc, Leyte.

Customers are welcome to collect their orders from the store. We recommend placing your order online to ensure that the items are reserved and boxed up ready for collection to avoid waiting, although we welcome passing visits.

Our main delivery method is via courier – to your door. This service is widely available throughout the Philippines – we use LBC CASH on delivery [COD] or Prepaid and other similar companies for the service. We also deliver to you via “bus”. This is commonly used for beer/cider and other liquids which are subject to certain restrictions with some couriers. Courier delivery cost is 15%to30% .Lbc base there charge on weight & volume so it varies ON COD or 30% on prepaid as LBC charge less on COD, added to the value of your order. ┬áThe vast majority of deliveries are completed within 24/48hours of placing your order. Given the geography, infrastructure and nature of the Philippines, there may be delays and certain locations may not be covered. We can provide tracking details on request.

We also offer a fortnightly delivery to two hubs in Cebu – Eurohub, Cebu and Grand Mall, Lapu Lapu. Customers may collect their deliveries from Eurohub Bar @ 6pm every other Sunday or orders can be left for later collection IF prepaid. The cost is lower – 10% added to the value of your order. This service is becoming increasingly popular with customers in Cebu and the surrounding area.

We also offer a monthly delivery to Davao. Customers may collect their deliveries from our Davao hub. The cost is lower – 15% added to the value of your order via David Stott but only if he is already your friend. He is doing it as a favour, so please don’t expect him to go out of his way too much. David is a nice friendly guy though, who will try his best to help.

Please note that there is a minimum delivery charge of P100 in Cebu. 300 in Davao & Mactan island

You may select your chosen delivery method at checkout, where the actual cost will be calculated/shown before you commit to the order.

Placing an Order

We encourage customers to place their orders via our website. The site provides product details and stock availability as well as price. Orders are processed daily, in strict sequence.
